Subscribing to our Internet Fax Service is easy. Simply print and fill out the Application and Service Agreement forms.

After executing the forms, fax them to our Customer Service on 234-1-2601088.

On receipt of your application, our Customer Service will contact you and direct you on how to make your initial payment. Your account will be active within 24 hours.

The Online Account Manager is accessible via any Internet browser. It provides access to view current and past usage - call details and account balances. Users can also edit their account details e.g. they can change their passwords.

0 How long does it take for a fax to be delivered?

0 Although, fax messages are stored first and then forwarded to their destinations, the whole operation occurs within a short time frame. In fact, it only takes a few seconds to carry out a successful transmission.

0 What determines the delivery speed?

0 The speed of delivery is affected by:
  • The nature of the document you intend to fax. If it contained graphics and plain text, it would generally take longer to send such a document than one that contained only plain text.
  • The sending and receiving fax machines


  • 0 How many times does the system re-try to send a given fax message after a failed first attempt?

    0 The need to re-try sending a message is indeed mostly unnecessary owing to the high level of efficiency of the system - Intefaxx. However, if any failure occurs during transimission, Interfaxx re-tries four (4) times.

    0 Am I charged for fax messages not successfully sent?

    0 No. However, for customers doing Fax-broadcasts, there is a penalty of 1.5 cents per unsuccessful fax message to cover processing costs.

    0 How do I know whether my fax has been delivered or not?

    0 There are two ways to do this. Simply download the "How to Use" PDF and read the "Fax Confirmations" section.

    0 Customers are charged per minute. The cost of sending a fax message depends on how long it takes to deliver it in minutes. Please see the Fax Rates PDF for our traditional rates.
